Client Mandate | Independent Non-Executive Director - Structured Finance SPVs

Northern Providence Investments has been retained by an institutional client to identify an Independent Non-Executive Director to serve on the boards of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), issuers, and holding companies across structured finance, securitisation (ABS, RMBS, and CLO), and private credit transactions.

Applications, referrals, and expressions of interest are welcome.

This appointment involves providing independent fiduciary oversight, robust corporate governance, and objective decision-making to support the integrity of bankruptcy-remote transaction structures.

Location: Remote (UK preferred)
